My approach is rooted in thinking outside the box, creating value, and building meaningful relationships. I believe that we all have passions beyond our daily work, and I make it a priority to listen, learn, and apply those lessons to better serve others.
My professional journey began in 2007, when I was fortunate to join a small home warranty company. Two inspiring entrepreneurs took me under their wing, treating me like family at a time when I was just starting out on my own. Their mentorship, combined with the values instilled by my parents, wisdom from my father and unwavering encouragement from my mother, shaped the foundation of who I am today.
In 2009, my entrepreneurial path began to take form through real estate investment. Over the years, I gained experience buying, selling, and managing properties, and after stepping away during COVID, I re-engaged in 2022 with renewed focus. Partnering on a few CMHC MLI projects deepened my understanding of construction, permitting, financing, and the many complexities that builders and developers face. That experience brought clarity: I missed the insurance world and the unique opportunity it provides to help others succeed and protect what matters most.
This realization led to the creation of Go Concierge Insurance Services. It was built not only to provide insurance, but to stand as an ally, an extension of your team and a partner in your journey. My background in construction allows me to better understand the challenges clients encounter and to deliver solutions that go beyond policies. From start to finish, my goal is to create a seamless, supportive experience that adds real value.

John and I have had the pleasure to work together previously for many years and I am excited to team up with him once again. I have been known for delivering dependable, client-focused service and serving as a trusted advisor, helping clients make confident, informed coverage decisions. I spent 14 years in the home warranty space being part of the wonderful construction community of Western Canada. My experience in the industry will aid in providing our clients with a positive and enjoyable experience. Outside the office you can catch me at the rink playing hockey or spending time with my two kids and my husband. With over 12 years in the home warranty industry, I bring deep expertise in underwriting, risk assessment, and coverage strategy, most recently serving as Director of Underwriting. In my role as Vice President of Business Development, I focus on building strategic partnerships, driving growth, and delivering solutions aligned with both client objectives and long-term business performance.
Having worked closely with John and Kristen, I value a collaborative and accountable approach, grounded in a shared commitment to a high standard of service. My underwriting background informs a disciplined, solutions-focused perspective—ensuring recommendations are both technically sound and commercially practical.
I am known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and dependable. I approach each client relationship with clarity, structure, and a focus on execution, delivering a seamless experience from initial engagement through to placement.
Outside of work, I stay active and spend time with my wife and two kids, often around sports. They are a constant reminder of the importance of discipline, consistency, and teamwork—principles that carry through in how I operate professionally.
